Identifying and Exporting Products Missing Primary Images

Step 1: Access Filtering Options 0:00

  • Click on the filter icon to open filtering options.

  • This will allow you to see various filtering categories.

Step 2: Select Digital Assets 0:10

  • Choose 'analysis' to focus on digital assets.

  • Select 'digital assets' from the options.

Step 3: Filter for Missing Primary Images 0:26

  • Look for the alert type 'primary picture is missing'.

  • Select this option to filter the results.

Step 4: Show Results 0:35

  • Click on 'show results' to view the products.

  • Note the number of products missing primary images (77 in this case).

Step 5: Export Missing Products 0:48

  • To export the list of products, select all items.

  • Click on 'export', then choose 'excel', and select 'items'.

Step 6: Save the Filter for Future Use 1:07

  • Optionally, save this filter for future access.

  • Create a filter named 'primary image'.

  • Check the box to make it viewable by other users if desired.

Step 7: Access Saved Filters 1:34

  • To view all your filters, click on 'open catalog'.

  • Navigate to the 'My Filter' section in the secondary menu.

Step 8: Export Products Using Saved Filter 2:11

  • Go to the export page.

  • Select the 'primary image missing' filter to export the products.

  • Choose the templates you want to use for the export.
