Once a brand approves your request, here's how to find and view their product data in your PDM Receiver account.

Updated over 2 months ago

Accessing Approved Brand Data

You can access product data through two different paths, depending on your preference:

Option 1: From "Available Brands"

  • Select Available Brands from the left-hand menu.

  • Use the “Approved” filter to view brands you've been granted access to.

  • Find the brand you want and click the number listed in the Products column.

  • This opens the All Products page filtered to that brand.

Option 2: From "All Products"

  • Navigate to All Products from the left-hand menu.

  • Use the Filter to search and select one or more approved brands.

  • The page will display all products from the selected brand(s).

Viewing Detailed Product Information

Once you're on the All Products page:

  • Click Open Detailed Product Preview (lower right of the screen).

This opens a full, read-only view of the product and its segments.

What You'll See in the Product View

Product data is grouped into the following segments:

  • Items – Part number, brand, GTIN, and fitment status

  • Applications – Year, make, model, and engine fitment details

  • Attributes – Specs like color, material, and end type

  • Packaging – Box size, weight, and dimensions

  • Pricing – If provided, pricing is shown in exports only

  • Extended Info – Emissions, warranty, origin, lifecycle, and harmonized codes

  • Descriptions – Titles, marketing copy, features, and benefits

  • Kits – Components included in a product kit (if applicable)

  • Interchanges – OE or competitor cross-references

  • Digital Assets – Images, install instructions, and documents

  • Custom Fields – Additional data shared by the brand

Important Notes

  • Full product data is only visible for Approved brands

  • Pending or Rejected brands do not display segment-level information

  • Pricing data is only available if the brand chooses to include it

  • The Receiver Account is read-only—you can view and export, but not edit
