Updated over a week ago

Access Export Builder Plus

  1. Navigate to the Import/Export section

  2. Select Export Builder Plus to create or manage export templates.

  3. Create a new template

Create a New Template

  1. Click Add New Template.

  2. Choose your export type: Excel or CSV, based on your requirements.

  3. Name your template for easy identification (eg. Image URL Export).

Build Your Table

Start adding columns to define the export structure.

  • For example, to export part numbers:

    1. Add a new column and name it “Part Number”

    2. Select the relevant segment ("Items") and the field representing part numbers

    3. Add the Column content (the information you want to pull)

    4. Select if you want Multiple records in single row or Single records in multiple rows

Multiple Records in a Single Row: All image URLs for a part are combined in one row, separated by a delimiter or Line break

Single Record in Multiple Rows: Each image URL appears in its own row, repeated for every part

This is a visual representation of the selection

    5. Click on Save

    6. Or click on New if you want to add another column

  • Add another column for the image URLs:

    1. Name the column (e.g. “Image URL”).

    2. Choose the appropriate segment (“Digital Assets”).

    3. Select the “URL” (displayed as "File name")

    4. Repeat the same steps as above

You can repeat that process and add as many columns as you want; it's a customized table.

After you build the table you can export the template.

  1. Click on Import/Export.

  2. Click Export in the submenu.

  3. Select a Parts scope and a Database.

  4. Click Next.

  6. Select the Interchange Record Types

  7. Choose Only selected languages and Use fallback Languages that you want to export.
