Step 1: Add qualifiers manually
Add qualifiers manually to obtain a template. Many of them use codes, that way you'll know how the information needs to be entered.
Navigate to Edit Application.
Click on Qualifiers and Notes to begin adding qualifier data.
Manually enter the qualifier names and corresponding values for each selected entry.
Once all qualifiers are added, click on Save.
Step 2: Export, Edit, and Prepare the Template for Import
Export the Application segment.
Use the exported file as a working template to identify part numbers needing qualifier updates.
Start adding qualifiers linked to each part number, ensuring each qualifier value matches the correct record.
For part numbers with multiple qualifiers, add a Group ID and duplicate the rows so each qualifier has its own row.
Save the updated Excel file.
We hid columns to show the whole process. All the rows need to be filled with the same information.
Step 3: Import the Updated File
Navigate to the Import/Export section.
Select the updated file and click on Import.
Notes
Ensure all data strictly follows the required import format to avoid errors.
Verify that all intended qualifiers are included before exporting and re-importing.
Keep a backup of the original exported file to revert changes if needed.
